RSVP (Rotary eBoard) Privacy Notice
RSVP allows organisations to enter and store the first names, second names and email addresses of their members and in addition, passwords for Administrators and Inviters. Telephone numbers may also be stored for those who wish to be notified by a text message (SMS). These are used by RSVP to send emails and optionally SMS messages to those members as a result of an invitation written by authorised members of that organisation.
Currently members may see the names, email addresses and responses of other members within the same organisation.
RSVP does not share these details with anyone else.
Organisation administrators may add, edit and remove member details.
RSVP users may request to have their details removed at any time by their administrator or emailing support@rsvpmanager.co.uk
Use of ‘cookies’
RSVP uses ‘cookies’ to help the application work correctly.´ Cookies´ are small pieces of information sent by RSVP to your computer and stored on your hard drive to allow RSVP users correctly to move from one page to another within RSVP. The `cookie´ is also used to automatically logout a member after a set time period. RSVP does not use cookies for any other purpose.
All profits from RSVP (Rotary-eBoard) go towards charities supported by the Rotary Club of Brue Valley.
